- Family Library: Are you attempting to access your purchases on a device using a different Google ID or the Google Family Library facility?
- Purchase receipt: A copy of your Google Play purchase receipt. You can access this by following the instructions here: https://support.google.com/store/answer/6160235?hl=en
- Google Play - User ID: A screenshot of your Google Play settings on the device you are attempting to restore your purchases on. To access this, please follow the instructions below:
- Open Google Play
- Select your profile and then take a screenshot.
