If you see this screen but you’re sure you have internet access, please try these steps:
Restart the app:
- Fully close the app (not just minimize).
- Restart your device while connected to a stable Wi-Fi network.
Update the app:
- If restarting doesn't work, then please try updating the app by downloading the latest version of Studycat from your app store.
