Your refund request
All transactions are processed by Apple and your information is not shared with us.
In addition, Apple will not allow us to request refunds on your behalf. They will only accept refund requests from yourself, the account holder.
How to request a refund from Apple
To do so, log in to your Apple ID account, find the transaction and select 'report a problem'. From there you will need to complete a form to request a refund. Please complete the form and submit it to Apple for consideration.
