- Navigate to the settings section (see Accessing the parents section – Help Centre | Studycat)
- Next, click on the sign in/ create an account button
- Choose the sign-in with email option
- Click Forgot your password
5. Enter the email address associated with your account and then send a verification code
6. In your email, copy the verification code you have just been sent
7. Enter the verification code, and click verify code. If you didn't receive a code, click 'send new code.'
8. Finally, create a new password
