Resetting your password

Studycat English and Spanish

  1. Navigate to the parents section (see Accessing the parents section – Help Centre | Studycat)

  2. Next, click on the sign in/ create an account button

  1. Choose the sign in with email option

  1. Click Forgot your password

  1. Enter the email address associated with your account and then send a verification code

  1. In your email, copy the verification code you have just been sent

  1. Enter the verification code, and click verify code. If you didn't receive a code, click 'send new code'

  1. Finally, create a new password

Studycat French, German and Chinese

  1. Navigate to the parents section (see Accessing the parents section – Help Centre | Studycat)

  2. Choose sign in
