Deleting learner profiles

How to delete learner profiles:

• On the “Who’s learning?” screen, select the profile you want to delete.

• Tap the Profile icon in the top left corner.
• Click the pencil icon

• Enter the numbers shown on your screen. 
• Click "Delete learner."
• A pop-up message will appear asking, “Are you sure you want to delete?” * Type DELETE and then click “OK.”
