How to delete learner profiles:
- On the “Who’s learning?” screen, select the profile you want to delete.
- Tap the Profile icon in the top left corner.
- Click the pencil icon
- Enter the numbers shown on your screen.
* Click "Delete learner."
* A pop-up message will appear asking, “Are you sure you want to delete?”
* Type DELETE and then click “OK.”
