To restore your Studycat Purchase. Follow the steps below:
- Open your Studycat App and click the gear icon.
- Pass through the age verification screen by typing the numbers on the screen in order, for example, '509'

Sign in and make sure to select the correct option. If you purchase through the Apple App Store, please select 'Continue with Apple', or if you purchase through the Google Play Store, please select 'Continue with Google'

Scroll down and click 'Restore purchases', and you will see this on your screen.
- If your purchase is found, the screen will show 'Purchase restored'
- If not, it will show 'Purchase not found', and you may need to check again how you purchased your subscription.
